Unfortunately not.
I'm currently on battery #2 after having my original battery be replaced by my dealer. The first one kicked out deep sleep messages daily for a few weeks before dying entirely. This was back in April. I kept taking the truck on long drives hoping to save it, no dice.
The...
Will do! I've switched to a target SOC of 90% and a battery chemistry of flooded. My battery is already damaged and not holding a charge very well. We'll see if it goes into deep sleep sooner than it has the past few weeks.
One more thing, I looked into the incorrect/not configured battery...
I found something very interesting in FORScan with how my truck is configured. I've dealt with "Deep Sleep" and no start issues frequently in the year that I've owned the truck.
My truck's unmodified Bdycm module information is attached. FORScan reports the Bdycm thinks the factory installed...
Nice! I drew up a FITS mount for my battery charger after this. Too many projects, too little time.
25% infill, run out of 95A, 100% would probably be great for 85A, I didn't have the right color though. I'm running the following filament...
I printed a set of caps from TPU for mine, so they're like little rubber seals. I had to tweak Kris' design with a thicker clip profile to get them to stay in. My clip is swept the whole way around the hole so it seals all the way around.
Link to the design files if anyone wants to play with...
I'll say it's definitely not just you. I've seen a ton of posts about this on here, and haven't seen a whole lot of solutions. I posted about mine doing it back in April. No deep sleep messages for ~5 months, then deep sleep messages for two weeks, followed by not starting at all.
Dealer...
Found this at a rest stop on the way back from Ohio. Maybe 3k miles in. No idea how it happened, didn't recall hitting anything, didn't dig through my dash cam to find out. Made me sick at the time, Meguiar's makes everything better though.
I've used a few different types of filaments for printing items for mine. PLA and PETG have worked nicely.
My trash can was run out of Prusament Marble PLA. Close enough to the textured dash material to make me happy. I've given it a test bend after a few really hot days, no softening.

Wasn't even really looking for this to be here, but Carfax is showing it too. Neat.
Someone further up the thread suggested an oil test could pick up on debris in the oil from the defective crank shaft. Was already heading in for an oil change next week, will try to get a sample and send it off...
I looked those up, they seem perfect. It'd be a great way to confirm or deny that idea. Might pick one up.
I will say, I think I was wrong. Mine really might have just been a bad battery. I let it sit parked for a few days. When unlocked again, the dome light came on, started up totally fine...
By the end of it, maybe 12 hours. I played the same game you did, watched it drop from 12.3 volts in the morning to ~7 volts and dead in the work parking lot over a 12 hour period.
Mine got progressively worse. Took 40 minute road trips on the highway with it, first time I made it ~4 days...
Hey, it happened to me too! Going to try to document this as much as I can, I've scoured this forum looking for similar reports, trying to find some root cause. Hopefully by posting this, it'll help someone else later.
Ford needs to find a way to resolve this, new reports of dead hybrids are...
They're fairly rigid, but they are secured onto the metal tabs behind the wheel well liners. I'd expect the flap to give way before those did.
I'm FWD only, so I'm not going offroad anytime soon. The Rokblokz might be a better call if you're planning on doing that, those look flexible.
Ask and ye shall receive. Definitely like that they don't have the branding like the RokBlokz.
Also took a better picture of the overlap and vinyl, see if that is enough to protect the paint.
I picked up a set of the mudflaps from Weathertech, got them installed today. Pretty good!
Install was easy, clips came out fine, they just screw on with J-clips. They include pre-cut vinyl strips to put where the flap contacts the paint, they do touch like the Ford set does.
Also happy to...
