They're fairly rigid, but they are secured onto the metal tabs behind the wheel well liners. I'd expect the flap to give way before those did. I'm FWD only, so I'm not going offroad anytime soon. The Rokblokz might be a better call if you're planning on doing that, those look flexible.

They do, they included little strips of clear vinyl to protect where they touch. Hopefully that works, I'll keep an eye on those areas for sure.
