Looked under mine tonight - none behind the front tires, but it looks like some toward the back on the exhaust (not 100% sure, didn’t have the best lighting). I’ll crawl under there tomorrow…
Not hypermiling, but I’m taking the truck on its first long trip / road trip this weekend. Three hours in at mostly 75mph and I’m getting 42mpg.
pretty blown away by that figure - was expecting mid 30s at best.
just can’t say enough good things about this truck!
Did the cruise control install today with the switches - remarkably easy (only took an hour or so - most time consuming task was getting the kid seat out of the back to access the 12v battery).
i like some of the interior improvements on the higher trims, but not enough to really care. I didn’t...
the escape SE PHEV has about a $7k difference than the SE. So probably somewhere in that ballpark.
i love PHEV’s -drove a volt for about 7 years, and own a rav4 prime now. The electric range covers about 95% of daily needs, and for longer trips just fill up as usual.
the smaller battery sizes...
Never said you did.

It's up to the individual who's responsible.
You aren’t the only one on the road - your foolish decision to drive no...
I get the appeal, but the maverick isn’t configured with hardware to allow it to drive hands free. Vehicles that are designed for L2 are complicated enough in terms of how they manage driver awareness / how drivers actually pay attention - it’s not something to mess around with in a vehicle that...
You should be able to get some decent comps looking on Autotrader and similar sites. Selling on Facebook (I get it, nobody likes Facebook) is easy. A bit more work, but I sold my volt on there in a few days in January.
beyond that, the advice on carvana and the other online sites is correct -...
Interesting...have owned a prime since last November and it's been tremendous (can't wait for either Toyota or Ford to make a PHEV truck).
Not stoked to hear about this though...will definitely look into it during the next service appointment.
