Fro my experience, I think it's a "safety" setting that won't let you reply over x mph... I think mine is 3 or 4... leave it on the screen and slow down. It'll populate when you can use it.

I would spin it 180 and put rear lights on the tabs with a disconnect coming from the 2 bed power pigtails... Nice, but not my taste either.

I didn't want to put holes in my new Mav. Got an F150 mount of Amazon and modded it slightly. Cut the tabs shorter and drilled 2 holes. Mounts to the fan shroud bolts nicely.
