I have successfully installed, removed and reinstalled the covers! It takes time, but I don't find it necessary to remove the seats at all. It does require moving them forward and backward about 6-8 times, however it is not that bad.

It's the original document to the DMV stating it can be titled. Most buyers never get it, except when taking it out of state prior to registration.
