WOW, sorry for the experience. Sounds like a vendor issue. I never had that issue, but of course I did not order a tonneau cover. All the accessories I ordered back in March-April had my name on it at the dealer (save on shipping, right?).

Since I have a Lariat Hybrid FE, I had to buy a mirror to place over the factory one in order to get a wider view of the back: rear seat and rear view. It is now about 120' view including the right side blind spots. (Amazon: Convex 11.5" mirror, clip on)

Well, the first thing you will do is change the light bulbs to LED, then the antenna (if you bought the Stubby Jr), then the tailgate assist ......... you get what I mean ...... AND you will have fun dressing it up the way YOU want :)

Well, your welcome. Kidding aside, are the handles working now? Did not happen to me, but it does not work as soon as I come up to the truck and tried to unlock it a few times. Found out through the manual on Page 77 the system has a brief delay in order to authenticate the intelligent key.

Page 77 talks about needing to be 1 meter or 3 feet to the doors in order for the unlock/lock feature to work in the door handle. ....... it does identify the intelligent access system requires a brief delay to authenticate the key.

The button does not push in far, just enough to open the door and send the message to the instrument display.
