Planning to have local shop install mine, in a couple of weeks. But, only because I'm not able to, physically. Might not be able to for some time, depending on surgery method I will be undergoing by the end of this month, or very early June. Either TAVR - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement...
Sec n washed front quarter panels and front bumper, clayed, and ceramic coatings. Was able to do this, sitting in a wheelchair!! But, I was able rest as needed, so I didn't over work myself too bad. Looks great. No photos yet, as I didn't feel like getting my phone for pics! Maybe Monday, after...
Despite finding out I have 2 heart valves with severe stenosis, I was able to decon wash the hood to my truck, clay pad and 2 coats ceramic spray. With about 10 minutes between coating.
Some heavy breathing, but no major chest pains. Tomorrow should be about as nice as today. Might was, clay...
Recieved, unknown to me, my BedRug full bediner. Now, to figure out how to remove the hard drop in liner.
Both will have to wait until after my EKG and exploratory check of veins/arteries near heart to see if stent(s) may be required. And until it warms up a bit more. Again!! Some snow overnight!!
Just under 5100 miles on my hybrid. First oil change yesterday after dialysis. Have 2 one year anniversaries coming up with my truck!! Today, one year since I got call from dealer, 11AM, saying my Maverick just arrived on lot! And Saturday will be 1 year since I did paperwork and took ownership...
Ordered the full bed BedRug liner yesterday.
Install will be on hold until I can figure out how the current drop in is removed! And until I see how I'm doing after next surgical procedure. To see if stent(s) may be required!
Just got home from dealer, after 1st oil change. At a bit over 5K miles. Was a bit cheaper, as I didn't get tires checked/rotated, or any other extra service done. Yet. Plus an extra $15 off, with recent coupon that was mailed out in the last 2-3 days. They forgot my truck was a hybrid!! Final...
Spent a bit of time, working on the truck! Decontaminant wash, clay pad and 2 rounds of ceramic spray. All supplies ordered as a kit, from Torque Detail. Wanted to try and get the bed sides done, but chest pain put an immediate stop to that!!
End results are incredible!! Shown, are 3 views of...
Started the decon washing, claying and ceramic coating. Started with tailgate first.
Easier on me, sitting on a stool. Hope to get bed sides done tonight. If scent yet tomorrow, I'll continue to the front and hood. Looks great, so far!!
Think you can call in, or email. Let them know you're a member of MTC. They'll let you know a discount, then when ready they'll send an invoice to pay. I got in touch, to double check the discount.
Planning to order the full liner for mine next week.
Was shocked, to say the least, when the folks at
Real Truck told me what my cost was, by mentioning MTC.
I'm also thinking of getting the right and left side swing out
storage units. For winter supplies, as needed, general stuff,
or ice and...
Whatever dealer uses. Should be full synthetic, from what I've read here.
I'll know more Wednesday, when I bring it in for service.
Hopefully, they're right, that it'll take about an hour!
I've had mine for 11 1/2 months now. No issues! Has been a great truck, since purchase last April.
Still under 5000 miles. Currently at 4975. First oil change next week.
Tried to get a live person, so I could pay in full, over the phone.
Never did, so I gave up and paid online.
Will take them 4 days to process. Then, just gotta wait for Title and any other related paperwork.
Put my Ranger on Facebook Market place Tuesday afternoon. Had a handshake sale in 4 1/2 hours after listing!! Sold for asking price of $6500, no bickering!! Paid cash on Friday. Put in bank, and TRIED to make a phone payment, in full, with Ford. Never got a live person!
Payment made. Will be...
