I couldn't get it past this point. It never connected to the ECU. I did make changes to the displayed PIDs and gauge labels after this picture was taken and those did update. Admittedly, I didn't have more than a few minutes to mess with it.

I'm pretty sure the brackets mount to where the top of the tow hook assembly mounts. The light brackets look like they allow for lots of adjustment but since the bumper face is curved and the lights are flat, they will poke out some. Edit: I'm guessing the light brackets mount to these holes:
