For anyone on the Ford Live Stream please ask about when will Official EPA numbers for the Maverick Hybrid be released. If the answer gets deflected please again ask. Maybe if a number of us with Maverick Hybrid order holders keep asking something will get done about it.

Out of 100 Maverick builds 40 will be Hybrids and 60 will be EcoBoost. Out of 100 Maverick builds only 17-20 will be built that have the Luxury Package. XLT 17%, Lariat 20% As for how this works out if your build is a Hybrid that has the Luxury Package your order may be one of the lucky ones...

There is a CHIP shortage going on and the Hybrid has a lot more chips in it than the EcoBoost. Take a look at this video to get a handle on some of the extra electronics (chips) that are needed for the Hybrid but not for the EcoBoost:

I have both the VIN and a Build Schedule date and it does not show on my Ford page. What I have read here on this site is that you need a VIN and you are actually in the build phase or about a week before build starts then it will show on the Ford page.

Retail Hybrid orders (customer orders) are and have been getting scheduled. Now if the dealer meant Stock orders (Dealer orders for their lot) then that may be true. You can check all of these scheduling week threads here and see many Hybrids getting scheduled...

It would have been nice if the trip counter was reset at the start of the actual drive and that ECO drive mode was selected at the start and not half way through the drive. Otherwise I did enjoy the drive.

Yes it has typical lead-acid battery. As for life the EcoBoost battery probably has the same life as regular gas engines since it is under the hood. On the Hybrid the battery is inside the Cab below the back seat so maybe it will last longer since it won't feel the extremes as much. Jump...
