I don't if the Tremor software is diffrent under the Forscan but on 2025 my XL just go to bdcm Module configuration find BMS/Auto Start system and you will see it's enabled click on it change to disabled then find the Write button and left bottom click it follow prompt your done.

If your adding coolant Have a coolant pressure test done for they can inspect for external leakage, if non found then have them perform the chemical block test.
