First of all, you should look at your Ford app to make sure the points you should have received at time of purchase were posted. They will expire with non-usage, so hopefully that hasn't happened to you.

Appreciate you guys bringing this issue up. I'm about 17-18 months into ownership of my '24 Lariat Tremor, so before they take away the ability to, I've updated the navigation software on my Sync 3. FWIW, the download/upload worked better with a 3.0-130MB/s flash drive.

You Honda/Toyota fanboys are funny. You want a higher quality product at a less expensive price. Maybe the reason the Ridgeline is so much nicer is because of the cost of components, yet you aren't willing to pay for it. Nor lose the mileage.
