Don't know what MIC is but pretty sure DIO is Dealer Installed Option. It's been reported that the factory installed keypad is gone but the one available through Ford Accessories is available to order.
Still no 45-day email or text for me, but I chatted and the Rep said my order was in and waiting to be scheduled. Said they couldn't check my email or phone number that I had to contact the dealer for that. So, I dunno...
I think the Maverick needs fog lights similar to a Mk6 GTI. I think that curved style could fit on the outside of the area and work on non-FX4 or FX4 setups, leaving the inner rectangular part for a tow hook or just blocked, and look good either way.
We don't know this, it's not clear. He stated in his resolution that he got closer to his original price, and when I tried to clarify he got it for $2k under MSRP, he stated again that he got it for "his price." I'm thinking he still paid a markup. Probably was $5k over and then the dealer did...
Good info in here and nice pictures.
I also like to use larger filters where they fit, especially as for some reason they often seem to be cheaper!
For years now I have always replaced factory plugs with GoldPlug magentic drain plugs, and I like to use Filtermags on the vehicles that have...

The worst places (and people) spend a lot of time and energy figuring out ways to get away with stuff rather than how to do better to be more successful.
It's not that she didn't know what she was doing -- she knew exactly what she was doing. Dealerships "sell" financing just like they sell cars. And just like selling cars, they profit off of it. Businesses don't often have relationships because they care, they do it to make money. In your case...
It's really not similar at all.
In this case in NH, the dealership was purposely getting people into loans they could not afford by lying to them about a credit program that would eventually lower their payments. Except it didn't exist.
In this case, the dealer does not want to take outside...
Did you buy this new? Is it the Ford branded one?
I believe they come with a backing plate that goes behind the taillights, but I don't see why you couldn't use a nut with a washer.
So are you getting the truck for $2k under MSRP? I would absolutely say that's making an effort to make it right. But, if they charge a $10k markup but are only charging you $8k, then that's a different story...
Just want to understand here -- they are offering you another truck and not charging you for the $2k luxury package, and that only gets you closer to your original price? I'm not understanding something or something doesn't seem right...
I do my own tire rotations every 5k miles, so probably more than a lot of people. I use a battery powered impact but with a socket designed to protect wheels and lug nuts. They have a plastic sleeve on the outside to protect the wheels and a plastic insert to protect the lug nuts. I remove the...
