That wouldn't surprise me. Different suppliers and at the time Ford was way behind on production. I've seen two different styles . . . some with 3 channels and others with a single channel, but I believe they're the same size.

You had me with elimination of the helicopter noise.
It's getting the point where it seems the least amount of money I spent on the truck was when I bought it.
Now that you pointed it out, it is obvious. Thanks for sharing that. it is a cool feature. One can imagine the dialogue at that meeting. "Hey, let's put horns on the front end". "Say no more."
Yep, that's them. I would bet they're the same size as mine. I mean why change such a inconspicuous item? Anyway, the vent extenders I showcased (?) will fit.
All of the responses here are great suggestions. I'd like to add one more and that is it might have to do with the charging cable. I'd use a new, working usb cable and see if that's the cause of your problem.
You're right. Ford glossed over the battery problem by taking the road of least expense and PR problem . . . telling customers to drive more, etc. Utter nonsense. Seems it finally dawned on them their customers weren't buying it and the problem wasn't going away on its own. They finally ponied...
Good question. The product contains polydimethylsiloxane, which according to the American Chemical Society is a silicone polymer which is used in many other products ranging from medical devices to shampoos. It seems to be somewhat of a liquid rubber. I did not see a direct reference to...
Tire application . . . I just sprayed it on. Wiping not needed.
I also used it on the flat black plastic trim on the truck, For those surfaces I sprayed the product on a sponge and wiped on. Again, no need to wipe off, but I used the sponge to even it out.
Great idea and I think a reasonable price. Thanks for the contribution. I already have a center console organizer and I have my tissues in a cylinder container that fits in the door, otherwise, I'd be a customer. Maybe down the road.
I've done that, but what's the use of having under seat vents if they don't really do the job? I've found that the extenders do help get the air past the seat and into the rear compartment.
I did the same. It was an easy install. (Important to get the H4 size as it fits without any modification) Very happy with the battery and not having anxiety over not starting and having half my accessories not working.
