If the dealer claims that they fixed the problem. Make sure that you get a detailed hard copy of what was fixed and how. Don't delay. Lemon laws have a time frame they must fit in. You don't a State listed in your profile, therefore I can't look up the particulars for your State's lemon laws...

Make sure you document these visits and the time frame. Check out your State's lemon law guidelines. Quite possibly minute you start talking about lemon law. They may get serious about repairing your truck.

Doesn't FORScan require a laptop? That's the problem with assuming. Some of us DON'T Own a PC, laptop, tablet...etc or/and are not comfortable changing the trucks programming. One misstep like not saving as built, can be very frustrating for somebody not familiar

If you're going to tune your EcoBoost you should really look into getting some turbo rocket fluid.

Did you try the plug right underneath the actual button? Here is a picture of the plug underneath the button quadrant.

Regardless of what your Maverick is rated for and you feel safe Towing. Some states have a pretty low trailer weight where brakes are required. Where a 1500 lb trailer being towed by a 2K tow rated Maverick would still be breaking the law. Unless you've added an electric brake hookup.
