Why work in customer service for a Ford dealership if you don't know/care about Ford products and put absolutely no effort into customer service! There are other jobs out there.

I would personally rather deal only with Ford. I order the truck directly from them. Pay them directly when it comes in. They send me all the paperwork and I pick it up at the dealership. No worries about being screwed over. Not like Ford is perfect but you should really meet my salesman.

Are any cancelled orders pushed to 23s still at priority code 10? I just found out my dealer never changed my priority code after specifically telling him to after I updated my color. Ford CS had me still at a 99 just two days ago. Unbelievable.

I'm super confused about how to proceed. What do you mean by duplicate orders? Does it only apply to people who have a cancelled 22 order who also ordered a 23? I only ordered a 22 and current build week is Dec 19. Since I'm getting cancelled, what do I need to do?

Samesies on the Oct 21, 2021 order date!! So..just to be sure, we have to contact our dealers and make sure they convert the change?? If so I will have to drive the two hours to personally witness him making the change because he is incredibly useless at his job. The less contact the better!
