    Usually, Raybestos is a top notch replacement item for brakes....must be something in conjunction with the brake job...I would double-check the bolts and check the backing plates / spash guards.....also, check to see if the other connecting points in the front suspension are good.

    The g/f's 2024 Escape has the same identical touchscreen...she has zero issues with it as well. She complains about the rotary shift knob instead.

    Uh, no I am not...the ones that complain the loudest about the touchscreens are ones that don't have it because they have a 2022-2024 version and just surmise that it is terrible....I don't give two shits what they buy or not buy, but the endless complaining gets old...real fast....
