So what? Sedans are dying because sedan/SUV cross shopping. Plenty of people cross shop midsize/fullsize trucks and the Ridgeline with fullsize trucks due to similar pricing.
Completely dependent on battery size. For example CR-V hybrid has a tiny battery good for only about 1 mile of battery only range. So Honda programmed it to basically only turn on during acceleration.
Not at all, the Ridgeline's bed floor height is within 1" of any other midsize 4x4 truck. The Ridgeline isn't a midsize truck at all, it is a inbetween size truck just like the T-100.
WHAT? That's all it takes to get X-plan pricing? So I did a quick search and it looks like the only requirement is you must wait 90 days. Actual Mustang ownership isn't required. Spend $35 to save thousands? Almost too good to be true!
Every drivetrain configuration has to be EPA certified, a process that takes millions of dollars. Companies won't offer manuals if they're not even sure they can recover the certification cost.
