Thank you. Contemplating these to complement my Area 51. Will have to do some careful measuring first to ascertain whether they'll fit that backing slab in the front, and also the recess on the rear bumper, without looking slapdash.
Rear license plate: attached by 2 or by 4 screws?
Front license plate: same question.
Went down an internet rabbit hole looking at license plate frames last evening. Know full well I'll be able to check this when bring the new truck home on Monday but thought some others patiently waiting...
Reservation for XL hybrid placed August 1st.
Order confirmed August 4th.
Arrived at dealership March 17th.
Dealer paperwork completed March 17th.
Scheduled to take it home March 21st.

Worth a shot to try it, at least.
Another remote possibility which...
Is the rear camera delay set to on? Slight chance what you are experiencing is related. Try it with that setting to off.
On touch screen, option is under Settings -- Vehicle -- Camera Settings.
If it is already set to off, toggling it to on, exiting the Settings area and then going back in and...
Seconded. Any of the ones whose forwardmost third is fixed are jettisoned from the possibilities list for me.
Not (yet) available for the Maverick but I find the clamshell contractor (clamtractor?) cover intriguing. Way outside my budget range though.
