I doubt this is it, based on your description, but try checking if your Rear View Camera Delay is on. It's supposed to go off once you reach about 5 mph, but who knows.

Ford will begin notifying owners of affected vehicles by mail starting Sept. 22, 2022. I was off by about 10 days. For some reason, I thought it was 9/12 when the notifications would go out.
