So far the mount is rock solid....does not budge or wiggle.....it is wedged in place and working perfectly. I would agree that it is a little further away then I prefer. I have alligator arms so I prefer the phone is mounted just to the right of the steering wheel....but no option for that on...

Yes I did my research on the bed liner and I am handy so the install will be no problem. I just couldnt order one to save my life....then I put up this post and the same day I was able to break through and order a liner. Now I have to hope my dealer will handle the fulfillment process correctly.
