    Thank you for the information! I don't think people mind multiple emails, so this doesn't exactly make sense. I could get a "hey, we maybe possibly might pull your order" email and I'd be thrilled.

    Thanks for sharing the article. I'll rarely be hitting 75 in Southern California so I am not too stressed. I am slightly annoyed that they just referred to the onboard computer rather than figuring it out. Maybe it's just me lol. One day I'll get mine, can't wait to see what it does.

    It's still there. Ford.com, support and service, chat on the left side. I just pick either option randomly then ask politely if they can look up my order.

    We aren't sure if that is the case. I saw a post about their email system being messed up. Members are calling Customer Service to get information and finding out their trucks have been scheduled for 5/2 or 5/9.

    It is the biggest issue that most of us have. The allocation system is to blame. I saw my identical build other than color and they had a bed extender from September get schedule. I was pissed. Happy for them. Today is the 9 month anniversary of my order. Still unscheduled.

    This is how I do it. www.ford.com > My Account > Sign In > Support & Service > Contact Ford > Chat SYNC & Service I just tell them what i need when they get on. It will ask you to pick one. I've chosen both lol.

    Looks like another no win week for me. CS said just in processing. Salesman had no info. tomorrow is 9 months exactly. I want to cry. My email was never returned even after I followed up. Ugh.

    I live in orange county. I've seen 2 on the street and that includes my neighbor's XL. I have been calling other Ford dealers about units they have in stock, but nothing at MSRP yet.
