I went to my local Ford dealership that`s only 4 miles from my home that I have bought 5 other Fords from over the last 35 years and I talked with them about the new Maverick and they act like they had no clue what I was talking about. Then we talk about when they did find more out about the new...
I would really like to see one very soon, I was 1 of the 5 that Chapman got a build date set for Sept. 13th. week. It`s a Area 51, XLT, 2.0 AWD, Luxury and FX4 packages. You would think they would have some out by now at the Ford dealerships for people to look at before the orders start coming in.

Would you by chance know how many total orders are set for the build week 9/13 ? Also if you have a vin. number sent to you from Ford for that week can you look it up on Ford`s site and see a window sticker on your Maverick yet ? Thanks
I am a Chapman Ford customer from North Carolina and I am very pleased with the 4% below invoice. I went to my local Ford dealership that`s only 4 miles from my home that I have bought 5 other Fords from over the last 35 years and I talked with them about the new Maverick and they act like they...
Did you read what Tom`s answer was above ? Here is what he said : He said there NO reimbursement from Ford on any fuel. It`s on the dealer that you bought the vehicle from not the CD drop ship dealer.
The fuel charge on the invoice is the charge for the less than 1/4 worth of fuel we get when...
I know you Tom don`t have anything to do with what Ford does, but really a 1/4 worth of fuel in a 16.5 gal gas tank for $57.42. What are they putting in it rocket fuel ? They get you one way or another. Thanks for explanation on how we get our tanks filled up the rest of the 3/4 of the way.
I don`t understand when you say (paid for by Ford), when you the buyer paying for the vehicle they charge you a fuel charge for fill up. Ford is not paying the cost for the fuel in the vehicle, you the buyer has paid to have it filled up. Just like you the buyer is paying for that vehicle to be...
If you look at your invoice from where you got your quote from a Ford dealership look down and you will see where you are paying for the gas fill up. Ford is NOT reimburses anyone. You bought the gas when you paid for the vehicle.
The CD that I spoke with yesterday said that the dealership that I bought it from had charge me for the fill up when they sold it to me and they the CD would not take care of the gas fill up. He said that dealer had already been paid for it not the CD. Here is a picture of the charge for $57.42...
