The over lays from Amazon have 3M double sided tape in them. That’s what I used.

I think you should stay with the original design. Please make it plug-in. Play, it was a real pain having to try and splice the wires in.

🤔 🤓 I had bought the kit when it 1st became available. I had to replace the struts once, because they seemed to guilt holding up my hood, but I’m very happy I did them. Reading this, I want to ask have there been any improvements to them? Like maybe better or stronger struts?

🤔 I’m trying to remember, a while back, there was a post that you could get this at the parts counter for like $309.00. If you just want to change the color of yours, look for emblem overlays on Etsy.com. I’m having a brain fart right now, but I believe I use, BOCA decals.

🤓 Actually, according to the window sticker my truck, is oxy white. I just used a regular white, but even up close, it looks really good.
