I double wrapped some double stick tape around them and they sit right in the original spots perfectly. I didn't take any pictures of those, just the 4x6 I'm the back.
Tug on the A pillar at the top and it will pop loose but still be connected by a tether. Just pull straight up from the dash on...
These are what I put in:

It was easy. The hardest part was the wiring because Crutchfield sent the wrong adapters. Made it work though and it really opened up the soundstage.
Thanks for including the part number for those clips. I lost three of them this weekend while replacing my speakers. Two of them I found with a borescope and retrieval tool. One is still in the dash somewhere.
It also works as a wiring adapter if you replace the subwoofer in the B&O sound system. It connects perfectly to the plug that feeds that speaker. Just used it for that this weekend.
When faded to the front it uses the 6.75 doors, 3.5 center, and dash corner tweeters. This is always going to produce a lot more sound than the rear 4-inch speakers by themselves. If you change the output to stereo instead of surround you will get a little more out of the rears, but still not...
Maverick was more successful than Ford anticipated. F-150 sales are stagnant, and Ranger is down substantially. They need a subtle way to push people up to Ranger and hopefully F-150. One way to do this is to try and make the Maverick look less appealing, then when it's sitting next to a Ranger...
If you are within the 3 year / 36000 mile warranty and this is covered by Ford they would prefer you go somewhere else. Ford has a fixed rate the dealers are allowed to charge back to ford for in warranty work. If you are just an average joe off the street they are free to price gouge you all...
I ordered this one yesterday.

Not into Altas blue, wish velocity was still around
Hot Pepper Red! Age is just a number. This is the only color that I wish mine was (other than Velocity Blue). My Atlas Blue shows dirt, and bugs, bad. Having seen all the colors now I find myself really...
This is the only one I have experience with on the Maverick.
It works great if you need some watertight storage but is only rated for 150lbs so I'm guessing it wouldn't work for what you need and probably isn't tall enough either.
Thats the thing you don't have to reset it. Just pass when you get a chance and its already set. It is the biggest help when there's lots of traffic. The dual climate is a marriage saver if you have a spouse having hot flashes by the way ;) .
Like every other buying decision, it comes down to the individual's needs/wants. For me the Lariat at $33,000 was a good value. I rode in a XLT and was really surprised at how much the sound deadening glass and active x seats made a difference in the Lariat. I also enjoy the B&O sound system in...
