I dont believe that is a "HOLE" I think that is the 'White paint from a carboard box" that transferred from it to the Vinyl. I would try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (Wet) and carefully rub the spot. I betcha it comes right off. If Not take it to FORD. They have some specific cleaner.
