Call your dealer and tell them you didn't get the email. Perhaps they haven't really submitted your order. Or the email was for some reason lost. There have been a bunch of folks that never got their email but just as many of us have nice solid confirmation

Well, my dealer bumped me to 10 (as have many on this forum). I'm sorry that your dealer doesn't know what's going on, but that's not how ford's ordering system works.
Your dealer can promote you to ten at the best. Regional manager can push you to two. To be honest, in these early days though, none of us are 100% sure they matter
It's almost inverted from what we are seeing of actual orders on this forum.
