Awesome! Should be good. Max weight of my trailer is 3750lb. Just watch the hitch weight. As once you add propane and battery a 300lb hitch weight is about 390lbs. I will be getting a LiFePO4 Lithium battery to replace the stock battery at some point. It's twice the capacity at half the weight...
Yes tent camping was fun. We had a big 10 person tent but when it rained or was cold it was not fun... Also setting up and taking it down was not fun and if it was wet you had to set it all back up once you got home. This past weekend was rainy on and off and cold but we still had a blast. It...
Had our first camping trip with the Trailer this past weekend! The past few years we have been tent camping and it was time for an upgrade! What an awesome experience it was. We picked a close camp ground for the first trip to make sure everything worked with our new Trailer. It was only 20...
Look into the Firestone Destination AT2 tires. They are very light weight for all terrain tires. I have them in 235/65 r17 and they are only 3-4lbs more than the stock tires. I lost only maybe 1-2mpg
Wow that's a lot of rotational mass to move around. Probably going to kill your gas milage and hurt your acceleration with that weight. I went with Firestone Destination AT2 in 235/65 r17. They are only 4lbs more than stock and I notice no difference on my hybird.
You can get close with the current AWD hybrid with 4k tow package. Get some good light weight all terrain tires and a 1.5 inch lift. I put Firestone Destination A/T 2s in 235/65 r17 on mine last spring and love it! We had a bad winter this year and my AWD hybrid with the ATs handled it like a champ!
If you want the Maverick now go for it. Other option is since you have a new vehicle wait for the second gen Maverick that should be coming out around 28.
