    you prob mean 9/21 That is the same date as one of ours, have seen all the way to 8/22 same issues. Stayed in Mexico because of EPA certification delays BTW, as mentioned, 9/21 and ours was delivered 1/22

    Its simple, very few places make the harness, Ukraine used to be a huge supplier, Ford is probably hoping for the best but odds are virtually all hybrids will eventually have this issue even if the harness is replaced.     Welcome to the "Dead Maverick Group" Facing the windshied, sounds like you know where the red jump cap is, look to the right all the way and you will see the negative jump location, no cap. Put a multi meter on the under rear seat 12v battery then try the posts under the hood. Our experience...

    That is what you need to do, call around and find a dealer that knows about this issue to avoid a long wait.

    We had the same issue. Called around to many dealers to see who had experience with this issue. Found a great one, dealer fixed the faulty connector in approx. 3 to 4 hours while we waited. This fix makes the most sense since it has not been confirmed if harnesses are still being manufactured...

Here is the dealer that you want to go to: https://www.howellford.com/ They fixed the faulty connector in approx. 3 to 4 hours while we waited. While other dealers made excuses, denied there was a harness problem, did not return phone...
