Is this the noise you're referring to? I'm looking for someone who has had this problem and resolved it. I took mine to the dealer, but installing felt adhesive between the dash/defroster vent hasn't helped.

Definitely not from beating it up. I've been super gentle with mine, but this still started up around 3k miles. 2023 XLT. I'm trying to find someone who has actually managed to resolve the issue so I can give some more specific instructions to my dealer.

This video sounds exactly like my truck. Such a shame because I love everything else about it. I took mine to the dealer, they pulled the dash off, inserted some adhesive felt strips. It muffled the noise a little bit, but it's still there. I'm thinking about calling them for another...
