Mine just has the trailer module reprogramming listed. Says contact dealer, yet there isn't currently a fix it claims? 🤷♂️ I was just at the dealer for service on Saturday. And my girl was test driving used cars when we picked up the Maverick.
Just throwing my 2 cents and experience into the mix. I ordered my touch up through the dealer as well. Although I haven't done it yet it was in stock at the dealer. I prefer brush touch up rather than pen but everyone has their own liking. I will say years ago I used Automotive Touchup website...
That's gotta be it then. I wouldn't mind a spray in bed liner but found mine as a last '24 May '25 after totalling my Elantra. Couldn't pass up the deal as I really wanted a Maverick. Currently have the cap on still so no true need for the liner although it maybe in my future
I'm looking at the window sticker now as I tend to be forgetful lol it has bed tie down locking rails listed as optional equipment along with a bed mat and the hard tri-fold tonneau cover. Not sure if yours has any of those as well?
Interesting 🤔 No luxury package. I do have the "full size" spare although it's a 215 not a 225. Also the dealer installed a Leer low profile fiberglass cap but can't imagine the manufacture had any idea that was getting added at the time of build 🤷♂️ and I would think even being fiberglass...
Mine is rated at 1315 lbs, maybe because it's the FX4? Offroad suspension little softer maybe? I have no idea myself but interesting how the load ratings vary 🤔
I just seen this for the Slate truck. I took a screenshot because I have no idea how to share links 😅 but with a $300 non refundable deposit you can get this tiny truck with less amenities than my 1991 Camaro for mid to high 20's 🤪 no thanks! I'd happily buy another Maverick for over 30k again...
I love my Maverick and if I didn't I wouldn't have bought it with my hard earned money and complained about it 🤷♂️ i haven't had any issues with the plastic scratching. I'm completely comfortable in it. Even during our 14 hour drive to and from Tennessee. More capabilities than any other...
Sounds like your passenger from last week needs to find an Uber 🤣 I think my Maverick has been the best ride and quality I've owned. To each their own tho. Not to mention while I'm not thrilled about the girlfriends 2013 Escape it's part of the push that made me get the Maverick. Hers has a 2.0...
Sorry to hear that you couldn't get comfortable for long trips, that's too bad. I wonder if you had leather or cloth? We have cloth in our '24 XLT FX4 EB and girlfriend and I were completely comfortable on our trip down to Tennessee and back from NY 🤗
Mine has a blanket and reusable store bags on one side and the other side has the Ford tool kit and roadside assistance kit that came with my purchase.
