I tried to change my Hybrid XLT with lux package to Hybrid Lariat non-lux last Saturday and my dealer told me they couldn’t because those options were grayed out on the order screen. They didn’t know why but now it makes since. Good to know they were not just pulling my leg. Thanks, Tim!

As I understand it, you can’t add your order to the Ford.com site until you get a VIN from your build scheduling email. I’m guessing you don’t have a VIN yet…

Oh Andrew, Andrew, Andrew…. 😂 I ordered my hybrid 10/26 and was told the same thing, but I’m counting on April or May best case. You might be able to do better since you have an Ecoboost, but there are several on here who ordered back in June and July with no build dates yet. Scheduling emails...

I think I read elsewhere on the forum that the Hermosillo factory can produce 800 vehicles per day, or about 24,000 per month. It won’t all be Maverick production but a lot better than 800 per week.

Yeah, I think the way the Alto Blue is perceived has a lot to do with the light levels. I saw one on a rainy day and I could tell it was blue. Seems like I’m pics the brighter the son the blacker it looks. Velocity Blue is too bright a blue for me and Area 51 is too flat. I prefer a little...

Thanks for your input. My main reason to avoid the Lariat Lux is the price. I’m just to cheap to cross the 30k threshold. I did it on my Tacoma and kinda regretted it after. But not regretting it now because of resale values. Lol

I’ve had a few dark cars and Iike them. I kinda like the mystery of the Alto Blue. Is it black? Is it blue? But I also love how it looks with the Desert brown seats

Thanks Yeah, I’m tired of cloth seats and heated seats are a nicety not a necessity for me. Only had them one time before so I’ll live. Lol

That’s not a bad idea if I wasn’t so cheap and didn’t want to pay an extra $500 deposit. Lol

Thanks for your input. The heated seats aren’t a must, but the availability of the active x seats only in the lariat are kinda pushing me that direction. Tired of cloth here myself.
