I agree with the idea of Ford not expecting it to be so popular with seniors. They originally saw it as a starter new vehicle for 20 to 30 YOs. But us seniors needed a cheap new vehicle also. KIA did the same with the Soul and it is also very popular with seniors.
My slip in cover helped, but still have problems occasionally. What good is a fob you never have to dig out if you have to reset the alarm ? Toying with the idea to disable it.
This old guy hates the fact my eyes leave the road to use a touch screen. Maybe itās just an old guy thing. Once the location of the button is known it is just automatic where to reach and harder to turn the wrong one.
Seems unsafe. Actually be safer if a manufacturer made a standard control...
