My calculated miles are about 8% lower than shown on the gage. My city MPGs winter are about 38 and summer about 53 MPGs. I am listing to show ICE only owners how disadvantage the hybrid is in winter driving
anyone with direct injection and a turbo charger probably use a top tier gas. Non turbo and port injection will be fine with any clean gas whether or not it is top tier.
If I am running the air my auto shutoff is auto disabled. try watching you total MPGs gage while idling at a stop light. Mine will reed 41.2---41.1----41.0----40.9----40.8-------------
why do people dislike auto stop. It can save a lot of gas in heavy city driving, especially with a v8 engine. On highways or country roads it is rarely used. Our 2018 Chevy Cruz at 130,000 miles still works fine with it.
I am 68 and I got an XL hybrid white Maverick for a car with an open air trunk. I haven't added a thing to it beyond a bed cover. Does exactly what I want.
My brake warning goes off often on winding city roads with every parked car I approach.. These warnings are sent to my insurance company and my rates go up. I seem to have no option.
