I had the truck at the dealer this week for this issue, after it happened three times in July. They apparently performed the "SSM 54140 2021-2024 Various Vehicles - B&O Audio System - Pop Noise and/or Static In Speakers At Start Up" update to reprogram the "DSP module". Time will tell if it...
I was able to get it to go one click higher, but I'm not sure that'll do much. I had the truck at the dealer this week for an unrelated issue, and they ordered new trim pieces to fix it under warranty. Time will tell if the higher seatbelt thing will change anything! If anything, I think the...
It’s definitely odd. This weekend I observed my wife putting on the passenger seatbelt, with no idea still how this would rub. She’s a normal sized person who (like a normal person) pulls the seatbelt across the body and then down to buckle it. Any other passengers that this could have been from...
I just noticed this yesterday. The front passenger seatbelt appears to be sawing through the plastic trim surrounding it. The truck is a 2023 (Lariat Hybrid, if that matters) with just under 18,000 miles. Pretty sure I’ve only had a passenger for maybe 30% of those miles. It looks like the only...
Did you ever figure out what caused this or how to fix it? Mine did this exact same thing 3-4 months ago and then reset itself after a few minutes, and I thought nothing more about it until it did it again today. My truck (2023 Hybrid Lariat) has 13k miles on it, and I doubt the volume has...
My radio didn't start doing this until I got it back from getting two recalls done (tail lights + the APIM one). About 50% of the time, it'll only show 2 pages of presets, and I have to manually reselect to show all 4. Also about 50% of the time (but not always at the same time as above)...
I just renewed mine last week. Cost $123.89 for one year for my Hybrid, with a vanity plate. I think I only paid ~$50 when I bought it in May to transfer the registration from my previous car.
Finally got around to changing out my mirror last night. Super easy, largely thanks to @mikeakasully and his wiring adapter.
The hardest part was removing the first black housing (which felt like something was surely going to break). Best upgrade I’ve made to a vehicle for under $50!
Ford chat told me my rail car is TTGX 965936. Norfolk Southern’s phone service said it’s just outside of Louisville now, which makes sense (Arizona to St Louis before). My salesman texted me yesterday saying it was in Arizona and projected to arrive in Cincinnati on 5/27. Not sure what’s going...
Think mine is on the same train. Got to Louisville yesterday afternoon. Is there a way to track it from here, or are we at the mercy of the dealer to let us know when we'll see our trucks?
Mine updated yesterday to have a date next to In Production (after showing it w/o a date since 4/12). Seems to be right on schedule. Modules populated this morning.
Scheduled the week of 4/20 (which is today). Thought it was odd that it switched to "In Production" on Wednesday, 4/12. Window sticker was available on Friday, 4/14. My truck is getting the SIBL, which I understand can add a few days, but that doesn't explain the modules part.
My sticker was available this morning. Guess this is really happening! 🥳 Now to watch the dealer's inventory page to make sure they don't try to sell it out from under me...
Mine said it was scheduled the “week of 4/22”, changed to “week of 4/20” yesterday, and today says “in production” — but no window sticker yet. Isn’t the sticker supposed to be available a few days prior to the actual start of the build?
Just checked my status again, and now it actually has a date populated in the Scheduled section. Instead of the "Week of 4/17" that was in the email, it now says 4/19, which is a Wednesday. Weird, but I'll still take this as good news because it didn't really move far.
What’s the group consensus? Are we still scheduled for the dates mentioned in the emails, or are we back where we started? (Though with a VIN assigned?)
