I have the exact same issue with my Maverick…seems to be dependent upon how warm the glass gets. Sunny day no issues. Colder day no sun it squeaks. I’ve brought into the dealership twice. Neither time they have done anything for me. It’s very frustrating.

Just clicked over 2000 miles and this noise has started. Any updates from anyone? Windshield replacement seems like one solution. Any one have an experience with a dealer where they solved it a different way?

You figure out what this was by chance? Have the exact same noise in mine…driving me nuts.

Had the same shudder on mine at end of wipe. Dealer cleaned the windshield thoroughly and blades and now they operate normally.

I’m in a similar situation. Truck arrived in Chicago 2 weeks ago. Was suppose to arrive at dealer today in Peoria, IL and now dealer is telling me Ford is showing it is Delayed. They aren’t sure what that means so reached out to Ford Corproate Rep.

Previous threads made it sound like they were going to start shipping trucks with missing chips…but I’m starting to think that is maybe not the case with the Maverick. I called Ford customer service today and they acted like I was crazed. He confirmed that they had received no such memo...

Anyone know how you can tell if a truck is missing some chips? Appears mine is on the line and I just was able to access the window sticker. Reviewed it a few times and don’t see any credit or indication that it is missing anything.

Not only hybrids; Eco getting bumped a month as well. Third date change in a month. Needless to say I’m going to test drive some other trucks tomorrow. Toyota, GMC, Chevy seem have plenty of inventory and plenty coming. About done with this crazy train.
