Took it in on the 15th, Service manager at Mac Hait in Desoto, TX told me their service shop was closed for new work, to "take it someone where else".     Have less then 2500 miles on it, checked the fuse, looked fine. Anyone had this problem yet? Took it to my dealership the next morning. Was surprised when service clerk said their maintenance shop was closed for next 2 weeks. When I asked her what I am suppose to do in the mean time her response...

    I ordered my Maverick back on 1 Sept 2021, and heard all these stories of dealerships that have screwed their customer over by not notify the customer or giving them less than 24hrs after it shows up to come get it at their marked or price or they sell it to others. I now have an arrival date...

    I would also request Ford send you the order info showing you ordered that truck along with vin and that it was you that ordered it. Also any agrrements between ford and that dealership that they would abide by the customer order system

    I think you need to play hardball, I would be suing them, they lied and and scdrewed you out of your truck. I would be complaining to ford themselves, they said they would bring hammer down on dealerships like this.

    I am not sure if you are suing them, but it should be failry easy to prove they sold your truck to the salesman cousin, you have the VIN # from you order and match against truck that was sold to salesman cousin. I hope you get justice on this and let us know what ends up happening

    I got same error " We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN." Callled Ford, found out build date was changed from 10/18/2022 to 12/18/2022 :(

    Sorry to hear about your loss. Glad you are okay, is 2023 list still open? maybe get on it? I just got build date for mine 18 Oct :) They really need to increase penalties. for drunk drivers. I have had to work a few of those when I was a medic in the military. They either try to flee the scene...
