Front you will need to adjust collars under spring until the spring gets snug but still able to turn the spring. Then tighten them five rounds to set load.

Yes. Disconnect lower shock bolt. Adjust the spring to ride height then lower or raise the shock using the collars till it lines back up to reinstall the bolt. Once installed , turn the collars five rounds up to load the spring.
