Thank you everyone....this is what this forum should be about...I do have some new information on the battery drawdown.... apparently there is a 5 amp drain when the vehicle is turned off....it lasts about 45 minutes...according to my dealership...

Why does Ford only charge the 12 volt batterys to 80% ....anyone know,... it's not that complicated.... constant low % charge cycles, leads to battery failure....

Oil change was done with Ford points....

I would assume that the oil was probably pumped from a barrel...ty.

My 2023 xl calls for 0w-20 FULL SYNTHETIC OIL according to the manual....I had it changed at my dealership and the report shows ow -20 blended synthetic oil....after calling them, they said that it is ok.... is it or should I have it redone ...ty

I do put AGM in when I research the battery but again it comes out....will not fit....

I am having trouble finding the right agm battery , as size seems to be the problem....can you guys give me some exact battery maker and the battery numbers that will fit....delco , Walmart and others....when I put * 2023 hybrid maverick * in they keep saying * will not fit * ty

I did get a new max battery from Ford last December 2023... I got the vehicle in January 2023.....it seemed to work for about 6 months but recently the problem has returned...good luck....

I got 65 deep sleep mode notices on my 2023 xl....much of what Ford tells us isn't accurate...Wednesday I drove 35 miles of Highway and 35 miles rural... got home, checked battery voltage, 12.6 volts....6 hrs later 11.9 volts....20 hours later 11.10 volts.... have to put 2 amp tender on the...

I guess my driving is different... in the city only for about 5 to 7 miles..... after my engine starts , it goes to a low speed idle, then a higher idle, and then back to low speed idle.....it does this at normal temperatures ...50 to 80 degrees.....

On my 2023 xl , I start the vehicle..... after the dash says " ready to drive " I gently press the gas pedal and let the engine go through its starting process....it takes about 30 to 40 seconds...then I drive away....I don't think that this is covered in the manual but it sure works good for...

Thanks....you made it very simple...so if i understand you correctly, the vehicle is always propelled electrically and the engine is just recharging the drive batteries....

I don't have any of these white lines....I guess that I will have to take a picture when driving....it Is a solid blue horizontal line that shows MPG ( 0 to 60 ) when highway driving it is always between 30 and 60 .... when I slow down the blue line goes away and it changes saying ELECTRIC....

Thank you....I did make a mistake... The speed was mph (0 to 60 ) on the screen, but the blue line 50 reading and the 34 were MPG...

I guess that I am using a different screen on my xl....my bar is always blue and goes from 0 to 60 and again at 60mph on the highway, my blue line sometimes reads about 50 ..... this tells me that I am using both electric and gas because engine mph should only be about 34....

Does anyone know if the electric and the engine run at the same time...on my 2023 xl I watch the horizontal blue line on the dash....when I drive 55 to 60 mph the blue dash line ( goes from 0 to60 ) sometimes stays around 55.... this is while in normal mode and I am driving on a flat surface...
