What has Ford done to fix your deep sleep? I have a 23 XL and on my 3rd battery. This one is an AGM and I haven't had any DS alerts since it was installed in 3/26, just before the warranty expired. They also did the ACCM update and so far so good. I understand there is another update pertaining...
I had my 23 Maverick at the dealer recently for deep sleep issues but it wasn't currently in deep sleep. I was in the waiting area and passing time by scrolling on my phone. I opened the Ford app and all features looked to be available. Lock/unlock and remote start included.
I would never try...
There's a mechanic/technician on YouTube who talks about repairs. He says after installing a new battery, you can do the high beam and brake reset process or just lock all 4 doors and leave the vehicle set overnight. That will also rest the BMS. His channel is Ford Boss Me.
I have a 23 XL hybrid and I just paid $423 for 6 mths with State Farm. I've been with SF for 50 years, no accidents and drive less than 5,000 miles a year and I have a $1000 deductible. Also get a discount for having homeowners with them. I live in VA.
They replaced mine recently also with the 470 CCA battery. I was getting the deep sleep alerts several times a day for a year. Don't know how long it's gonna last but it's nice to have the interior lights and all of the app features working again.
Tim Bartz was talking about recalls last night on his live show. He mentioned the Campaign #24N08. He says it's about a "broken buckle sensor wire". Might get a airbag warning light on the dash. I think the fix is replacing the seatbelt. Should be receiving a notice in the mail by late March...

I was watching Tim Bartz and he mentioned the deep sleep issues and said the solution is to just take longer trips so the gas engine runs more. I thought this was mainly software related and Ford was coming out with a fix by the end of March?
I noticed that also. I have a 23 XL and have been dealing with that seat buckle problem since new. It takes several attempts to get it to latch. I thought I was the only one because I never read of anyone else complaining about it.
I was getting the deep sleep alerts and interior lights not working and took the truck to the dealer. They did some software updates and a TSB but it didn't help. I'm putting up with it until I get the 23E09 recall notice and then take it in to see if that fixes it.
The same thing has happened to me several times. In my cases I accidentally bumped against the manual door lock lever just above the door handle and the door would lock. In my opinion there needs to be a better design. Maybe this is what caused your door to lock.
I'm happy with my 23 XL and the options I added, one of them being the manual sliding rear window. I was hoping the power sliding window would be available for the lower trims for 24 but see it's only on the Lariat. I like the rear parking sensors also only on the Lariat. The only things I don't...
I know what you're talking about. I waited 503 days to get mine. I got tired of telling friends and family about why I hadn't received my truck. I always told them that others are waiting just like me and some waiting longer than me. I just recently read someone is still waiting after 600 days.
I know it's frustrating and the only information I've gotten since I ordered in 10/21 is an email from Ford every month or so and Ford CS. The only info I get from Ford tracking is the ETA and that date keeps changing. This is the first and the last time I will be ordering a vehicle.
I've been reading of these issues with 22 Hybrids and sorry to hear Ford hasn't come up with a fix. My 23 XL hybrid is in production and is the same color as yours.
