I had the matte EGRs due to an ordering mistake and I didn't like the decrease in visibility. I finally got the smoke EGRs that I originally ordered and they fit my needs much better. Mine do not look brown.

I went with the Lomax Stance and am very happy with it. Easy install. If you are going to do the led bed light kit you might consider doing that first or at the same time.
