I did the build a few weeks ago. Definitely after the MY24 dropped and after my order was rolled over by my dealer. I reopened the saved build yesterday and took the screen capture.
I hope you are right... it seemed like it might be a useful option and I was a little disappointed to hear it had been cut and was surprised as it is still listed in the Lariat Lux Package on Ford.ca in my saved build.
The only time I might left foot break is if I am on a long drive in traffic and my right leg or foot starts to cramp up. It feels so strange to do it and I am not a smooth in my delivery of pressure as I am using my left foot. One of the main reasons I got the Adaptive Cruse Control was for stop...
The pH level of coffee is close to 4.85 to 5.10 with 7 being neutral. More than likely little to no damage will result once it dries.
I was not so lucky when I spilt cola in my Mustang. The cola ate the PC board in my mirror control switch that was located in the center console. Cola has a pH...
I am still waiting for my truck to be built, but I am very happy with the NOCO I bought. Since getting it I have jump started my Saturn Vue 4 times (3.6L). I have always had problems with batteries in the Vue. Especially when it sits for 3 days or more. I have a wireless backup cam that plugs in...
I still donāt see many Maverickās around where I live. I can still count the number of unique ones (excluding the ones parked close by) on my fingers and toes. On the flip side I rarely see any Saturn Vueās pre or post MY08 (my current ride). They used to be plentiful in there here parts!
The throttle is "Fly by Wire" (electronic). My understanding is the ICE (Gas Engine) usually runs a fairly constant RPM and the wheel speed is varied by changing the RPM of MG1 (Motor Generator 1 - via the sun and planetary gears), when the ICE is running. MG2 can be assisting acceleration and...
I wondered if using a trickle charger might cause future issues by messing up the BMS data points. It appears by using a different grounding point other than the negative pin provided for jump starts bypasses the BMS. At least this is how I interpret this warning! I am still waiting for my truck...
I had to double check to see if my build got pushed back again, but my build is still in the same week. It was originally scheduled for the Week of 2/12
Well itās even better because the mirrors on my SUV are an inch higher so the shelves donāt have to move. I just have to clear in front of the truck to gain 19 more inches.
My build date is on the horizon and if we get some decent days (temp wise) in the near future, I would like to modify my garage (if needed) so my truck will fit. I have storage shelves built on the wall on the passenger side (my SUV clears the brackets by less than an inch). If anyone happens to...
When I originally ordered it was a MY23 and I was not sure I even wanted it as I saw it as a slight security vulnerability, but I warmed up to it. When they dropped it on the MY24 I sort of wanted it. The last time I locked myself out of my SUV I had my phone still in my pocket (I had started my...
Mine moved back a week from 2/12/24 to 2/19/24 but no email from Ford (because we don't get any communication from Ford Canada). I checked the tracker yesterday when I saw the "Clean up scheduling thread". I sort of like it as my dealer told me their typical delivery time is 4-6 weeks and I will...
When I made the made the comment about Temu I was referring to a no name brand. The Noco is US designed but may very well be manufactured in China like most tech items are. That does not worry me. I type this on an iPhone probably made in china as well.
You are braver than I⦠I have seen too many stories in the news of Chinese made lithium batteries going up in flames. I saw them on Temu but ultimately decided to go with a name brand.
I remember my momās Plymouth Valiant had push button shifting but I am guessing the OP is probably referring to something like what is in the Tesla Cyber Truck.
