I had a similar noise that started with my 2023 Maverick Hybrid on the drivers side defroster area at around 3,500 miles. I found the problem and fixed it with a 1/4” piece of wooden dowel about 1/2” long. I don’t suggest this as the fix all but it worked for me. With my fingers I pulled back on...
