I would stick to your stock air filter set up if you are going to keep your Maverick for the long run. Your filter is pretty dusty because it's working. I have had oil feed air filters in many of my vehicles and removed them because of oil contamination due to the filters passing to much outside...
It's strange that the build sheet lists the 6' display for the FX Package however does not list it in the Tremor package for 2024. My 23 XLT with lux and advance 4 WD have the bigger display. I don't know anyone with a Tremor that has the smaller screen. Correct me if I am wrong if you have...
They're not overbearing they blend right in with the other speakers and don't over power the other speakers. they have a nice snappy sound when needed. This is subjective and depends on the listeners ear.
Had it happen to me however my Tremor came with the door pad. You might as well get the optional one Ford sells. I think Ford sells them. I thought I read other post of individuals installing them. It will be the best add on you will ever do.
I installed them in the dash replacing the original speakers. Pioneer TS-A300TW . Then made a wire harness ( soldered ) and ran the speaker wires from the original plug from the left and right speaker to power a small sub woofer that is under the passengers seat.
I have never use this system before so I am not familiar with it. I did however replace the tweeters in my Tremor with Pioneer speakers and I tap into and ran a set of wires to from them to an under seat sub woofer. Not sure if you want to go that path. Maybe you can connect at the audio...
I'm a little confused on this. If the speaker has a cross over on it for the tweeters why do you have to run wire from the tweeters to it. These speakers don't have a inline cross over? From the Ford wiring diagram I have seen both set of front speakers have the same signal but are split for...
The wires are in water pack connectors. If there not damaged or played with they will remain water tight. The connectors will be expose to pressure washes in a car wash. You can use a pressure washer with a wide angle spray pattern to clean. Don't use a narrow nozzle.
