Yes, Ford is leaning towards limited option but think this is what many are asking for. Breakup the the Luxury package to interior and bed. Regarding chips, think it makes sense to take out heated mirrors, wheel and seats to a winter package. Save those chips.

When I called on July 11 was shocked to be given a VIN, Build Week of Aug 29th and ETA to dealership of Sept 26. When chatting a few weeks later was told my build week was Sept 12th but only moved my ETA by 6 days saying Oct 2nd. Perhaps it was a typo. Don't want to bug them but really curious...

My impression was that getting a build week and VIN go hand and hand.

Anyone call to see if they got scheduled this week. Will be interesting if so, your build info and VIN and xxx the last three numbers if you have any concerns.

The bolded area of same dealer totally baffles me and all I can think of is they had a lower priority code within the dealer. Perhaps their sales person knew to lower it from 19 to 10 and your salesman did not.

There is a guy on our pool team that works on the RR. Believe he will be my go to source whenever it gets built. Currently week of 9/12, which believe was a week that Ford cancelled scheduling to make room for bumped orders. (Last part is speculation on my part.)
