SOLD! I'm getting about 23mpg on my Jeep right now; empty lol. So I'm absolutely hyped on your results. Thanks for you're responses, my man. Greatly appreciated.
Ironically enough the rallycross courses Champ is talking about are quite literally made up. Just a bunch of cones in a field lol. Either way, to each his own. I'm not sure why he seems so offended.
My god. I hope there's a toggle in the settings to turn this off. Stuff like this drives me nuts. Is there an audio queue or is it just visual? Please tell me there's no audible "ping" or anything like that.
What size are they? What do MPGs look like? I'm seriously absolutely in love with how these look. I was unsure with what tires to get. I have Wildpeaks on my Jeep and I'm happy with them, but It looks like you've made my mind up for me. You're basically going to be mocking up my truck and giving...

I will be waiting eagerly for your update. I'm really excited to start seeing these with a slight lift as that is literally the first thing I plan on doing upon taking delivery. Also, those tires are straight FIRE. How do they feel?
I don't think anyone is expecting to go over the grass in your picture at 2mph, just more difficult obstacles like the ones he was testing in. As you said, if a Miata can do it, do you really need to be shown that the Maverick can drive over some dirt or grass? lol.
Serious question; who do you think is going to rallycross their Maverick? The whole point is to test real world off-roadability, isn't it? I'm not sure how many people are hitting wide sweeping turns at 50mph on their way to camping spots or trailheads. I'm not trying to be snarky, promise, but...
Agree'd. Camping and stuff like that is really all this truck is meant to do. I wouldn't go over loose rocks the way he did in this video, but it is nice to know it can do it, should I ever be stuck in a bad situation. All in all, this is all the capability I need, and I am not willing to pay...
You're paying sales tax from the dealer too, no? But I see your point. It looks like it'll be $988.88 directly from Bak as well (according to their website). I was making the incorrect assumption that it would be cheaper than the F-150s. So it'll be a savings of $181.12 if you buy it directly...
It goes for roughly $990 directly from Bakflip for the F-150, which has a bed about 1 ft longer than the Maverick does. The rollup for the Maverick, should you choose to purchase directly from Ford, comes in at $1,160. Assuming the Rollup directly from Bakflip ends up being around ~$900-

Ah. I see. I'd definitely get that in the aftermarket, if I was so inclined to purchase one. It's crazy to me that people are so willing to pay the 30% mark-up pricing on those from the dealer.
I called my local dealership up here in the high desert and they had no idea what I was talking about. I'll call again in a few days, but for now, I'm counting Antelope Valley Ford out lol. Might have to go down to the SFV to get a chance a seeing one.
Hood Scoop on the Cyber Orange truck looks pretty cool. I'm not sure about the rest of those accessories though lol. Bed rack on the Iconic Silver looks pretty slick as well. Might have to pick one of those up.
