Sounds like they either can't or don't want to make hybrids or xl trim for that matter. If you take out fleet orders a hybrid xl may become a true unicorn.
Not a huge deal for me as I was going to add it for under $100 and may get a leather wheel upgrade anyway. Always thought it was a nickel and dime thing with ford on the cruise, prob cost them $10 worth of switches to add it, whatever at least its easy. There is something fishy about the 15%...
I just noticed you are averaging 6500 mi per year. I would be running some numbers as I dont think a hybrid is going to do you much good, especially if you live in a rural area, they do best in stop and go city traffic. Hell if that Ranger is running good I would just keep that for another 10...
You might be waiting awhile... If by some miracle they offer an AWD hybrid you can be guaranteed it wont be 4k tow. They are gonna start pushing all electric soon so no idea what the future holds for ICE (which includes hybrids), especially on a small vehicle like this.
I honestly dont think they want to roll anything to a 23 to avoid handing out price protection rebates so I could see them pushing production out even further to get as many 22s as possible, who knows though. Im sure they will build as many as they can with the parts they have...which doesnt...
Same 10/10 build week here. So is it realistic to think they will arrive at Granger before the end of Nov? Not sure how long it typically takes from built to delivered.
So I saw a cactus gray maverick today and really liked it. Emailed Granger to try and change my color (yet again lol) and they said it had a vin assigned and no changes allowed. Its so annoying you cant go look at all the colors in person at the dealerships and I rarely see mavs on the road...
