This morning, on Ford's site, if you 'build' a hybrid Maverick, there is no warning about the hybrid not being available, or even, having limited availability as stated before. What ever that means.
Try asking your local law enforcement agencies for who installed their strobes. Many of the newer police vehicles have the strobes integrated into the turn signal part of the headlight. Or just do a internet search on 'emergency vehicle strobe lights' and follow that.
There are also magnetic...
My dealer did not require a down payment and, according to him, Ford announced that the cutoff date for ordering hybrids was 11/05/2021. So there might be something amiss. Call Ford and find out if your truck order is on the books (800-334-4375). Be prepared to be on hold, the last time I called...
Also, most of these small LED lights produce quite a bit of heat themselves and even have their own heat sinks to dissipate it. That heat is only a few inches in front of the intercooler that needs 'cool' air.
I live in Iowa, USA and ordered a Maverick hybrid Lariat with a 2012 F150 Lariat as trade-in. We have a signed agreement for a set price.......no dealer fees and nothing down, also, no discounts other than being a good customer for 20 years. We drive our F150 until the Maverick arrives (we...
It may depend upon what equipment you ordered. More options, mean more supply chains to depend on. I ordered a hybrid Lariat on Oct23 and my dealer told me to expect six months delay. Two weeks later, he said to expect 2-3 months. I think, it comes when it comes.......Hopefully your wait will be...
Your comment reminded me of the old joke....when an engineer was asked if the glass was half full or half empty, he responded........the glass is to big.
Seeing that rear coil spring makes me hopeful that someone will come up with an air bag leveling kit. I installed one on my 1993 F150 and it kept the headlights from blinding raccoons in the trees.
I talked to my local salesman about 'OKTB' and it was something he had never heard of. He has worked for that dealership for over 20 years. and he never heard the term, of saw in any Ford announcements.
The age range is interesting (18-35). Small pickups used to be what many 'old guys' drove around. Not wanting to give up a truck but having a full size truck just to hard to get in and out of, much less getting stuff in/out of the high bed.
Dave Ramsey would probably not recommend buying any 'new' vehicle because of depreciation. Unless he has changed, he recommends a good used vehicle that is affordable. I doubt he hates Mavericks, he just does not recommend buying new vehicles.
Most of the sound dampener manufacturers I've looked into, say to cover between 40%-50% of the area that can be covered by their product. It makes sense to cover the most you can but it also makes sense for the manufacturer to sell more material.
Personally, I'm not willing to tear my truck...
