Thank you! The cold should not bother it unless the Cover itself is really cold during install. Even then I dont think so. Being in Texas, I unfortunately dont have a lot of cold weather testing for it. :) If you do have any issues with it please let me know. David

I do appreciate your concern and I stand behind the Cover should you have any issues with it. Granted this summer was not as hot here in Texas as it usually is, but the PETG that I use for Printing held up fine. The minimum melting point on it is about 350 degrees when printing, so I am hoping...

PETG is the best filament for this project. nylon is too stiff. Pla will not do well in the heat. Unless you really thicken it tpu is too soft. Asa/abs might be good but I have not tried them due to the odor they produce when printing. also masking tape helps but I can recommend a textured PEI...
