I’m not sure that this is correct. You’re implying that if you got an email, it was definitely COVPed? Don’t you need to sign something to COVP? I got an email for my order over the phone and if I need to sign to be COVP, i can’t be yet.

Yes. Start moving up the chain or find another dealer. I kind of was in the same boat. My “preorder” dealer is unresponsive and I have no idea if they placed that order. A second dealer I contacted the day ordered opened up places it immediately and I have my email. Keep trying.
