I picked up my new Hybrid 2024 Maverick, and I have the same issue exactly. When I turn on my truck, rarely I can hear ungodly noise. If I turn off AC and restart AC, then it is gone.

I brought my new maverick from Granger Ford, Iowa When I cleaned the dead bugs on the front and windshield, I found there were missing parts on the shutter blind. Anyone know why Ford removed those shutter blinds?

Yes, I found only one Ford dealership on this website that offers a $1000 discount from the MSRP. Unfortunately, other businesses in Houston usually ask for around $30000~$32000 for inventory mavericks.
