I’m an advocate of using a little heat (hair dryer) WD-40, plastic razor and fine fishing line.
Take your time, be patient and I guarantee it will all come off.

2023 Hybrid XL 6,000mi and absolutely no issues and no complaints; its been a great truck other than changing out the continentals for Falkens.
My thing is I’ve never gotten used to the dial shifter…
I'm old school and would have loved a standard shift option 🤷♀️
I agree on all points as I have the same one for 2 years.
My main consideration was cost and this cover certainly does the job if security is not a concern.
The only “complaint“ is that the top tends to billow between the rails, when cruising.
First time it happened it freaked me out, thought...

I installed both front and rear Mabett covers with no problem. Effort - yes but no real problems.
I found good on line install direction. Most of all: common sense and patience. ☺️
I’ve only been rear-ended once; fortunately in my 2010 F150.
Really not a big deal even for 7K; ins paid no prob for me…
Reading thru this forum it’s a bit unsettling that if it happened to me now - the Mav is gonna be totaled... Coco and I will likely be ok tho - that’s the important thing...
no damage that I can detect - tho I haven't removed them to check.
same clips just new; I just didn’t see the logic in used clips on a new item🤷♀️ If you’re gonna DIY may as well do a good job 🤗
I have the Maxzina flares and they look good. Super easy to install; I bought extra clips tho and I’m glad I did.
Keep in mind they are textured and slightly shiny. The reflective tape peeled off after a while well but that’s ok by me anyway.
Yes - your eyes are drawn to it cause you know it’s there…
my guess is most ppl don't even see it.
my first scratch was on the tailgate; didn’t bother me for too long… it’s a truck - trucks get jacked up over time. 🤷♀️
